Exchange Policy
We will follow the following terms and conditions for
return and exchange policy:
Return policy
Customers are requested to check the product before
receiving the product(s).
If you find your product is defective, damaged or wrong product or any item missing at the time of delivery,
please immediately return the product to your delivery man/agent. Product(s)
cannot be returned once received by the customer.
The product's packaging and
tags must be in intact condition.
Exchange Policy:
After receiving the delivery if you face any issue with our
Product, immediately contact our customer care team through hotline no +8801912470960
(from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM) or, you may contact us via our email @fidapark.com or you can directly
message us on Official Facebook page (). The exchange request must be raised
within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
Exchange conditions:
Returned product must be in unused condition with no marks.
The product's packaging and tags must be in intact condition. We will not
accept any used /damaged product.
In case of exchanging with a product of higher value,
additional amount must be paid during exchange delivery. In case of exchanging
with a product of lower value, additional amount will be credited/added to
customer wallet as store credit for future purchase.
Customer can exchange any product for 1 time only.
How to exchange:
Send us your proof of purchase (order number, invoice etc)
through our email address.
Customer has to mention size and color of desired product
that they want to exchange with.
The product must be returned to our office first via any
courier service. After receiving the product, we will send the exchanged
product. Unfortunately, customer must pay additional delivery charge to return
the product to our office. Fida park will bear the cost of resending the
exchanged product.
After receiving the Product, Fida Park has full authority to take decision whether the Product will be applicable for exchange or not.
